eventstore v0.17.14 defines Notifier and implements it for PostgreSQL with LISTEN/NOTIFY, so relays on that storage propagate events between instances without implementing anything. Alias the relayer type to it.

Follow-up to #167.
fiatjaf/eventstore#77 (released as v0.17.14) defines
Notifieron the storage side and implements it forPostgresBackendwithLISTEN/NOTIFY. This bumps eventstore and makesrelayer.Notifieran alias ofeventstore.Notifier, so a relay on thepostgresqlstorage propagates events between instances with no code of its own —resolveNotifieralready falls back to the store. No API change beyond the alias (the method set is identical). Tests pass with the bumped dependency.
